Rezidence Stříbrná zahrada – Prague Kateřinky

On the south-eastern outskirts of Prague on Formanská Street in Kateřinky, which is the seat of the district of Prague-Újezd, a new apartment block with 28 housing units will be built.

The apartment block is designed as a 5-storey building. In the 1st floor there are garages, cellars and technical rooms. And on the four floors above ground there are housing units. The third and fourth floors will be interconnected by maisonette apartments. The apartments will have either a terrace or a balcony and will be offered with a layout of 1kk – 3kk.

The house will be set in a pleasant green environment near the natural monument Milíčovský forest and ponds, which are part of Botič-Milíčov Nature Park. The location is characterised by very good transport accessibility and civic amenities. In front of the house is the 'Ke Smrčině' bust stop, only 4 stops to the 'Opatov' Metro C station.

There is a kindergarten, a primary school and a grammar school within walking distance of the house. Shopping opportunities are in the nearby Chodov and Čestlice shopping centres. Numerous sports facilities in the vicinity are also worth mentioning.

More information about this project, including the current availability of apartments, can be found on the website www.stribrnazahrada.cz

We are currently preparing two other residential development projects. More detailed information will be published as soon as the building permit is obtained. Design work is already under way.
