Implementation of the new development project Rezidence Stříbrná zahrada has started

Our team has been working intensively for several months on the preparation of a new residential project in Prague on Formanská Street. These efforts were then culminated at the end of May with the issuance of a final building permit.
The investor of the project is the company Rezidence Stříbrná zahrada s.r.o. and the general contractor is our sister organisation RONELI Stavby SE, which started implementation of the work on 1 June. The new three-storey apartment block will house 28 housing units with a layout of 1kk, 2kk and 3kk. Each of the apartments will have a balcony, terrace or private front garden. Of course there is a parking space and a cellar. Approval proceedings are scheduled for the end of 2021. The launch of the project's website and the start of sales of the apartments will take place during August this year.
